What you feel is real
Our product is not caffeine based. What you feel are the benefits of all the ingredients working together, not the jolt of caffeine.
- The small amount of caffeine in BrainGear is naturally derived from the green tea in the formula. Green tea is nature’s antioxidant.
- BrainGear contains the same amount of caffeine as half a cup of green tea. Too much caffeine leads to anxiety, jitteriness and uneasiness.

Acetyl L-Carnitine is a more bioavailable form of the amino acid L-Carnitine and is involved in many metabolic functions including the promotion of cellular energy production. As an antioxidant, acetyl L-carnitine helps maintain healthy neurological function by delivering antioxidant protection throughout the entire nervous system. Praised for its ability to cross the blood-brain barrier, Acetyl L-Carnitine supports cognitive health and optimal brain function, in turn enhancing alertness, concentration and mental focus.
Choline is an essential component of all cell membranes. Choline is a precursor to acetylcholine, a stimulatory neurotransmitter and is necessary for normal synaptic transmission and brain health. Choline and Inositol work closely together to make the natural chemical “messengers” that help keep the brain and central nervous system working.
Inositol is an essential component for the formation of cellular membranes. Inositol supports brain and nervous system health through its role in modulating serotonin activity. Inositol and Choline work closely together to make the natural chemical “messengers” that help keep the brain and central nervous system working.
N-Acetyl L-Tyrosine is an amino acid that is a key component in the production of and transmission by neurotransmitters essential to mental well-being and healthy brain function. More specifically, N-Acetyl L-Tyrosine is a bioavailable form of the amino acid L-tyrosine and supports brain function by improving the synthesis of epinephrine, norepinephrine and dopamine (neurotransmitters) therefore promoting mental health and alertness.
L-theanine is a unique amino acid that has shown to promote relaxation without causing drowsiness. L-theanine is found in green tea and crosses the blood brain barrier, supports healthy neurotransmitter levels and inhibits the stimulatory properties of caffeine, therefore counterbalancing any negative caffeine effects. It also promotes calm, balanced mental health and emotional well-being, helping manage stress and tension while supporting sleep quality and mental acuity.
Green tea extract
Green tea is a potent antioxidant which aids the body’s defenses and helps provide cellular protection. Green tea contains caffeine, which is an excellent antioxidant and supports neurotransmission. In low-to-moderate doses caffeine acts as a nervous system stimulant resulting in mental alertness, ability to concentrate and neuronal health. Higher doses of caffeine induce negative effects such as anxiety, restlessness, insomnia and tachycardia.
DMAE promotes mental health and healthy cognitive function. DMAE functions as a biochemical precursor to choline and acetylcholine, which are known to influence cognitive functions such as alertness, attention, memory and focus.
PQQ is a natural compound found in an array of healthy foods. Due to its antioxidant properties and neuro-protective actions, PQQ is ideal for cognitive support. PQQ promotes and maintains healthy mental functions such as recall, memory and cognition. It has also been shown to support something called nerve growth factor, which is essential for the growth and maintenance of healthy neurons and branching nerve cells. As an antioxidant, PQQ protects mitochondria, the energy producing factory inside each cell, against oxidative stress. What really sets PQQ apart from other antioxidants is that it also promotes the generation of new mitochondria inside aging cells, essentially making the cells act younger. Normally, this can only be achieved through long periods of intense aerobic exercise.
Niacin (Vitamin B3) is an essential vitamin for supporting cardiovascular function. Niacin plays a key role in converting fats, proteins, carbohydrates and starches into usable energy for the brain and body. The brain uses this energy to maintain healthy functions like neurotransmitter production. Niacin also supports a healthy central nervous system.
Vitamin B6 helps the body form new cells and neurotransmitters, which are chemicals that carry signals from one nerve cell to another. It is needed for normal brain development and function, and helps the body make the hormones serotonin and norepinephrine, which influence mood, emotions and appetite. B6 also helps the body make melatonin, which helps regulate the body clock and sleep patterns.
Vitamin B-12 is essential for energy production in every cell of the body. Vitamin B-12 plays a vital role in the formation of red blood cells, which deliver oxygen to all parts of the body and the brain. Vitamin B-12 is vital for nervous system health, cardiovascular wellness, physical performance and mental acuity.
Vitamin D is key in promoting cell health and growth in the brain and body. Vitamin D is vital to healthy bones, strong immune system functions and mental and emotional wellness.
Vitamin E is very important for normal neurological function. It is essential for the maintenance of the structure and function of the human nervous system. Vitamin E’s antioxidant properties help protect vital tissues throughout the body against the ravages of free radicals and is also essential for cardiovascular health.
